An update journal is just as it sounds. This lists site updates. The network can go many months without updates or receive a lot in a short time; it depends on my site making mood. You can reply to any entries you see, or leave me a comment in my guestbook: either are appreciated methods!
Sticky: Where am I?

Aug. 2nd, 2025 03:52 amWhilst I have a listography for broadstrokes of what I would like to do for my sites, be it new tributes or new layouts, this entry is geared moreso towards maintenance and upkeep.

One Hundred and Eight
Oct. 22nd, 2025 06:03 pmTRIBUTES: DEADLOCK REBEL, RESONANCE, PICK A GOD AND PRAY, & PROMISES
Resonance, Pick A God And Pray, and Promises have had their site structure updated so .php no longer shows at the end of the url. I think it looks much neater and professional this way. We don't talk about how long it took me to fix the random image script on Serah so that it worked with deeper folders that didn't involve me having to upload dummy images for every single page...
Deadlock Rebel, Resonance, Pick A God And Pray, and Promises had their credits pages updated to add a disclaimer, linked from the introductory blurb on the index, in which all topics and subjects discussed on site, in particular sensitive ones, are listed upfront. Age rating of the source content is also given as a guide. This is in part because it's useful (think of it as AO3 tagging so a person knows what to expect), but to cover myself due to censorship laws. Not strictly necessary, but it gives me some peace of mind.
In short, if you've encountered these warnings and are wondering why, and you're below the recommended age ratings and these topics are not ones you are comfortable with... for both our sakes, please leave.

Norvrandt.org has a new layout! I still love the purple vibes of Lakeland, but I wanted to change the way I upload content to the same independent folders format I used for Deadlock Rebel and Beloved - much tidier and neater. I don't know if I will do this for individual fanlistings, but I'd like to gradually transition the rest of my tributes to it at least (Control's is the easiest to do, so that one next).
Anyway. This was a great opportunity to give Norvrandt a refresh. I made this layout when I didn't have the brain to work on fic. I tried, really really hard, to make a layout without using Ashe. I failed, spectacularly. But you cannot deny she looks cool as heck.
COLLECTIVE: BELOVED
Frimelda, Ikuto, Jecht, Jill, Maximilien, Midna, Nina, Ranulf, and Zakuro were added to the wall. Barring anyone new, or me suddenly remembering somebody I glaringly forgot, this should be the last batch.
I've got a few additional reading pages on the tip of my tongue, so expect a few of those... soon.

Anna, Asbel, Ashe (FFXII), Chrom, and Coco were added to the wall. This does mean the Ashe's (and Ashley) are going to have to fight it out for who gets to be supreme Ashe.
I previously pencilled in approximately fifteen more characters and made their bases at the time, so it's just a case of gradually getting them done when I'm in the mood for it.
